Havnby Mattress: Every Model, Price, Fit and Code (2026)

Havnby has grown from a Tesla Model Y mattress into 34 listings for SUVs, trucks, minivans and EVs. This page keeps every fact we have verified about them in one place, dated.

We may earn a commission through Havnby links, including the AWD code. Every price and policy on this page carries the date we read it. The operator of this site owns two Havnby mattresses and reviewed them on the AWD Camper YouTube channel. Read our disclosure.

Quick answer

Four families, 34 listings, one code, a 60-day trial

Havnby is a car-camping mattress brand that sells four product families: FlatCore levels the slope of folded seats (Tesla Model Y, Model Y L, Toyota Sienna, RAV4, Honda CR-V, Subaru Outback), CloudCore is a flat foam-and-air mattress (Tesla S/3/X/Y, SUVs, truck beds, Rivian R2, VW T-Roc), SnugNest bridges back-seat gaps in trucks and SUVs, and MiniNest fits third rows. On 16 September 2026 the US store listed 34 products from $59 to $699; the code AWD took 10% off in an anonymous cart the same day. Havnby gives a 60-day sleep trial, a 3-year limited warranty on purchases from 1 June 2026 and free shipping to the USA, Canada, the EU and Australia.

Which Havnby fits which vehicle

Havnby sells by vehicle, so the first question is not “which mattress” but “which listing names my car”. The table maps every mattress listing in the 16 September 2026 catalog to its vehicles and to our review. Prices are US list prices before the code.

Accessories: DreamShade sun shade for Model Y/3 ($69–$99), DreamShade for Model Y L ($109), mesh window screens ($59, 11 fits), Perfect Fit Bed Sheet for CloudCore ($99) and the Twist Light lantern ($59). Two listings we reviewed have been withdrawn since 24 August 2026 and their pages carry a dated note: the Model Y 2025 Window Shades and the Highlander second-row pad.

FlatCore, CloudCore, SnugNest or MiniNest: the decision rule

Havnby’s comparison page, read on 16 September 2026, gives the rule in its own words: if the folded surface is sloped, start with FlatCore; if it is already flat or you want a mattress that also works in a tent or a truck bed, choose CloudCore; if you sleep across a back seat or a truck cab, SnugNest bridges the gap between seat and floor; if the third row is the only space, MiniNest. For a Tesla the practical split is FlatCore Model Y (7.5-inch maximum profile, deepest slope correction, $549) against CloudCore ($399, 4.5-inch profile, fits S/3/X/Y but Havnby warns Model 3 and Model S may stay sloped). Our FlatCore vs CloudCore comparison puts the two side by side, and this answer covers the Model 3 case.

Price and code, 16 September 2026

AWD took the FlatCore Model Y from $549.00 to $494.10 in an anonymous US cart on 16 September 2026, with an invented control code rejected in the same session. On 12 September 2026 the same code took 10% off the Solo, CloudCore, Model Y L, DreamShade, CR-V and CloudCore Diagonal carts, including the two sale-priced items. The Havnby discount page lists the price after the code for every mattress and the result for ten other public Havnby codes; two of them (CRV20, DIAGONAL20) beat AWD, but only on the one product each is locked to.

Trial, returns and warranty

Havnby’s refund policy, read on 16 September 2026, gives a 60-day sleep trial from delivery. A sealed, unused product is refunded in full. An opened mattress can still be returned for a change of mind: Havnby confirms the condition and any fee before you ship, at $0 for like-new, $10 for light signs of use and $20 for visible wear or cleaning. Return shipping is paid by the customer, typically $20–$30 for a mattress and about $15 for accessories. The warranty page sets a 3-year limited warranty for purchases on or after 1 June 2026 and keeps the original 5-year term for earlier orders; it covers air leaks from manufacturing defects, foam defects and seams, and excludes punctures and misuse. This trial is the sharpest difference between Havnby and Snuuzu, whose US store does not take an opened mattress back.

The operator’s Havnby videos

The operator of this site owns the FlatCore Model Y and the FlatCore Solo and runs the AWD Camper YouTube channel, which carries the same code. Two videos from 15 July 2026 are summarised on the product pages: the FlatCore Solo first-night review (unboxing, inflation, one night, gear lane, delivery to Norway) and Solo vs full size (two adults need the full width; one adult with a lot of gear is better served by the Solo). Those are owner observations, not measurements, and no Havnby product has completed our physical test protocol.

What Havnby does not publish

Across the catalog Havnby is specific about footprint, weight, load rating, pump timing and box contents, and vague about foam density, layer thickness, R-value and pump noise. Several truck and SUV listings sell one generic SKU behind a long vehicle selector, so the selector proves a purchase path rather than a vehicle-specific shape; our truck reviews say so listing by listing. The brand’s about page still carries Shopify placeholder text on 16 September 2026, so company origin and team are not documented on havnby.com; we do not fill that gap with guesses.

Havnby compared with the alternatives we cover

Skip Havnby if…

  • You want a USB-C rechargeable pump as standard; most Havnby listings use a built-in 12V pump.
  • You need published foam density, R-value or noise figures before spending $549.
  • Your vehicle is not on a listing’s selector; Havnby sells by named vehicle and does not publish generic dimensions for cross-fits.
  • You want a solo mattress that leaves the rear seats free in a car other than the Model Y or Model Y L; the Solo editions exist only for those two.

Evidence boundary

Everything on this page was read or run on 16 September 2026: the live US catalog (34 products), the refund, shipping and warranty pages, the product-comparison page, one anonymous cart test with a control code, the 12 September 2026 code tests and the operator’s two videos. Prices are US list prices and can change; each review records its own check date. Our methodology explains what secondary research and attributed owner experience can and cannot establish.

Havnby questions in one place

Is Havnby a good mattress brand?

Havnby publishes more purchase data than most car-mattress sellers (footprint, weight, load rating, pump timing) and backs it with a 60-day trial and a 3-year warranty. It does not publish foam density or R-values. The operator of this site owns two Havnby mattresses and reviewed them on video; no Havnby product has completed our physical test protocol.

How much does a Havnby mattress cost?

On 16 September 2026 the Tesla listings ran from $199 (MiniNest Model Y L) to $699 (FlatCore Model Y L), with the FlatCore Model Y at $549 and CloudCore at $399; truck and SUV pads run $129–$586. The code AWD took 10% off in the cart that day.

Does Havnby have a sleep trial?

Yes. The refund policy gives 60 days from delivery; opened mattresses can be returned for a $0–$20 condition fee with return shipping paid by the customer.

What is the Havnby discount code?

AWD, 10% off the whole catalog, cart-tested 16 September 2026. Two product-locked codes (CRV20, DIAGONAL20) give 20% on the CR-V FlatCore and the CloudCore Diagonal only.

Next step

Check the current Havnby price and code before you choose a listing

FlatCore Model Y cost $549 on 16 September 2026 and AWD took 10% off in the cart. Open the store from the discount page, pick the listing that names your vehicle and confirm the live total.
