What Havnby says about the Model 3 slope
The CloudCore listing, read on 16 September 2026, is the only Havnby mattress with the Model 3 on its selector, and Havnby writes on that page that the mattress may not be fully level in a Model 3 or Model S because of the trunk slope. That is unusual candour: the sedan’s rear seats fold at a steeper angle than the Model Y’s and drop further to the trunk floor, and a flat 4.5-inch mattress does not fill that step. CloudCore gives a Model 3 a cushioned surface, not a levelled one. Our CloudCore review records the published size (76 × 52 × 4.5 in), weight (8.7 lb), the year menus for all four models and the pump inconsistency between the battery description and the 12V version shipped to European orders.
Why FlatCore is not the answer for a Model 3
FlatCore’s point is its shaped profile, 7.5 inches at the seatback end and 3.1 inches at the trunk end, cut for the Model Y’s folded floor. Havnby sells it with Model Y 2020–2024 and 2025–2026 variants and no Model 3 variant, and publishes no Model 3 dimensions for it. A Model 3 owner who buys it is cross-fitting a mattress shaped for a different step, which is exactly what Havnby avoids by not listing it. The same applies to the Solo and the Front Seat mattress.
If you need a level bed in a Model 3
The only purpose-shaped Model 3 mattress we cover is the Snuuzu Model 3 ($899 on 16 September 2026, 18 cm profile, an air layer shaped for the sedan’s steeper step). It costs more than twice the CloudCore and its US store does not take an opened mattress back, whereas Havnby gives a 60-day trial with a $0–$20 condition fee on opened returns; Snuuzu’s US policy and Havnby’s policy set those terms. Price, code and trial
CloudCore was $399 on 16 September 2026. The code AWD took 10% off Havnby carts that day (tested on the FlatCore Model Y) and on 12 September 2026 (tested on CloudCore itself), which would make it $359.10 before shipping and tax; the Havnby discount page holds the checks. The 60-day trial means a Model 3 owner can test whether the remaining slope is acceptable and return the mattress for at most a $20 fee plus return shipping if it is not. Comfort or the actual angle you will sleep at; neither Havnby nor this site publishes a measured Model 3 slope with the CloudCore in place. The 60-day trial is the practical substitute for that missing number.
