FlatCore Front Seat is a 153 × 75 cm front-cabin pad on a support structure up to 60 cm high, sold for three Model Y cabins. Havnby details the pump and materials but leaves out the load capacity and any per-cabin geometry.

Trial, warranty and care

Havnby’s current warranty page states that eligible purchases made on or after 1 June 2026 receive a three-year limited warranty for manufacturing and quality-related defects under normal use. Punctures, cuts, misuse, normal wear, unauthorised changes and second-hand purchases are excluded. The warranty does not cover comfort or vehicle fit.

Havnby’s return page states a 60-day sleep trial from delivery. For a non-quality return, the customer pays return shipping and original shipping charges are not refunded. Havnby’s two policy pages disagree on the fee for opened returns: the returns page lists $15 (opened) or $30 (stained), and the refund policy lists $10 (light use) or $20 (visible wear); unopened items are $0 on both (checked 29 September 2026). Ask Havnby in writing which fee applies before you open the mattress.
