The Havnby FlatCore Model Y L is the full-length bed to consider for the six-seat Model Y L, especially in the US, where we found no listing for Tesla’s own Model Y L mattress.

It has a 200 × 130 cm surface, a shaped profile up to 19 cm, 4.7 kg and a built-in 12V pump. Havnby listed it at $699 on 19 August, 16 September and 29 September 2026, the highest price in its Tesla range.

The best-documented full-length bed you can buy in the US for a Model Y L. It costs more than any other Havnby, and Havnby leaves out the load rating and seat-layout detail.

FlatCore Model Y L is a 200 × 130 × 19 cm foam-and-air mattress shaped for the longer Model Y L cargo area. Havnby publishes the size, weight, pump and timings, but no load rating, model year or seat layout.

    Havnby lists 4.70 kg, a 26.4 × 16.9-inch storage size and a separate 22.8 × 13.8-inch compressed size. Neither has a third dimension, and the page does not say which condition each describes.

  2. Fabric, foam and build quality

    Havnby describes a foam-backed air structure with a smooth, low-noise surface and a shaped profile meant to reduce the longer cargo-floor slope; the page did not name the fabric on 29 September 2026. The 7.5 inches is the overall height. Havnby publishes no foam density, layer thickness or seam construction.

  3. Pump, power and setup

    A built-in 12V ABS pump is listed at 90 seconds to inflate and 100 seconds to deflate, so the car’s 12V socket is needed for both. Havnby publishes no pump pressure, cable length, power draw or manual backup.

Trial, warranty and care

Havnby’s current warranty page states that eligible purchases made on or after 1 June 2026 receive a three-year limited warranty for manufacturing and quality-related defects under normal use. Punctures, cuts, misuse, normal wear, unauthorised changes and second-hand purchases are excluded. The warranty does not cover comfort or vehicle fit.

Havnby’s return page states a 60-day sleep trial from delivery. For a non-quality return, the customer pays return shipping and original shipping charges are not refunded. Havnby’s two policy pages disagree on the fee for opened returns: the returns page lists $15 (opened) or $30 (stained), and the refund policy lists $10 (light use) or $20 (visible wear); unopened items are $0 on both (checked 29 September 2026). Ask Havnby in writing which fee applies before you open the mattress.

Havnby includes a custom sheet but does not publish a complete cleaning procedure, wash temperature, cover-removal method or surface care instruction on the listing.

Which Tesla does it fit?

Havnby lists only Tesla Model Y L. The product page provides no normal Model Y choice, no model-year selector and no seating-configuration selector.

Model Y L must remain a separate entity from regular Model Y. The seller’s metadata contains a questionable Model Y L 2024 tag, while the public page itself gives no year; the visible fit statement is the safer record.

Havnby’s product data dates the listing to 30 April 2026.

A built-in 12V ABS pump is listed at 90 seconds to inflate and 100 seconds to deflate. The product therefore depends on a vehicle power connection during both powered setup stages.

Havnby lists it for the Model Y L only, with no model year or seating-configuration choice, so it does not say whether every seat layout is covered. It is not sold for the standard Model Y; Havnby has a separate FlatCore Model Y for that car.

Is it long enough for someone 190 cm tall?

Havnby lists a 200 × 130 cm surface (78.7 × 51.2 in), its longest full-width Tesla mattress. Havnby does not publish a sleeper height limit or the usable length once it is in the car. The 19 cm (7.5 in) overall height also uses cabin headroom.

How does the pump work and how long does inflation take?

A built-in 12V ABS pump inflates it in 90 seconds and deflates it in 100 seconds, according to Havnby. It needs the car’s 12V power for both steps. Havnby does not publish power draw, cable length or a backup inflation method.
