How the estimate works
The model combines a standby range of 0.18–0.32 kW with a climate-load range based on the temperature gap. It then adds your next driving leg from distance and Wh/km or Wh/mi. Older resistive-heating vehicles receive a conservative multiplier.
It deliberately returns a range. Sun, wind, humidity, battery age, elevation, occupancy and accessories are not fully predictable from a form.
