Where can you buy a Snuuzu mattress?

The two Snuuzu stores

Snuuzu sells direct. Its FAQ, read on 1 October 2026, says it has a warehouse in the United States for US and Canadian orders and one in the Netherlands for European and global orders.

The delivery times come from the US shipping policy and the EU shipping policy, both dated 28 July 2026 and read on 1 October 2026. Both stores show the shipping cost for other countries at checkout. Neither store ships to P.O. boxes or military addresses.

Snuuzu prices by country on 1 October 2026

Each store shows the price in the currency of the country that you select. The table gives the Model Y prices that we read on 1 October 2026:

The EU store also had a pre-order choice that was €50 cheaper: €849 for the mattress, shipping later. Outside the EU, the EU store price does not include import duties or local taxes. The EU shipping policy says that customs can charge these on delivery and that the buyer pays them. The US store says the same for Canada.

Buying a Snuuzu in Canada

Canadian orders go through the US store and ship from Houston. Select Canada in the store to see Canadian dollars. Shipping is not free, and duties or taxes can apply on delivery. If you return a mattress, it goes back to Houston, and Snuuzu says that the buyer pays the return shipping unless Snuuzu made the mistake.

Buying a Snuuzu in Australia, the UK and Norway

There is no separate Snuuzu store for these countries. Use the EU store and select your country. The order ships from the Netherlands. The prices for these countries in the table are lower than the EU price. Your own import tax and duty come on top at delivery.

Returns differ by store

Both stores give 14 days from delivery to ask for a return. The US refund policy, read on 1 October 2026, accepts only a mattress with an unbroken seal, and it does not take back opened pillows. The EU refund policy lets you unpack and inspect the mattress, but Snuuzu can deduct money for use beyond an inspection. Our Snuuzu return-policy answer explains the steps.

What to check on a used Snuuzu

We found no resale prices to quote. If you buy a used Snuuzu, check these points before you pay:

• The version. The Model Y mattress is 20 cm thick and the Model 3 mattress is 18 cm. Snuuzu says that a Model 3 mattress in a Model Y raises the hip area.
• The pump. Charge it by USB-C and run a full inflation and deflation. Newer boxes have two pumps and a USB-C cable.
• The valve. Leave the mattress inflated overnight. Snuuzu says that each loss of air reported to it came from the orange valve not being fully closed. Press and turn the valve 45° to seal it.
• The cover. Unzip it and check the zip and the fabric. The cover is machine-washable at 30 °C.
• The bag and the repair set. The carry bag stays attached to the mattress, and a quick-repair set comes in the box.
• The receipt. The 3-year warranty covers defects. Snuuzu does not say whether a second owner keeps it, so ask Snuuzu with the original order details.

Snuuzu supplies spare covers, pumps and cables on request. See Snuuzu accessories and spare parts.

Discount code for a new Snuuzu

AWDCAMPER is our partner code for new orders in both Snuuzu stores. The Snuuzu discount page records the cart tests, and the Snuuzu Model Y review covers the mattress itself.
